Dear Valued Clients,

We hope you and your family are doing well during these challenging times.

After much thought and consideration, WellHaven leadership has made the decision to join our veterinary clinic with our other local WellHaven hospitals. Over the next couple of weeks, we will continue to follow our current schedule. Our last day seeing patients at Garrison will be June 24, 2022.

Please visit our website https://wellhaven.com/locations/ or scan the QR Code for a list of local WellHaven and affiliated hospitals. Please be sure to call ahead to check for availability.

To obtain a copy of your pet’s medical records please email us at recordsgarrison@wellhaven.com so we can email your pet’s records directly to you, or the veterinary clinic of your choice.

If your pet has a Care Companion Plan (wellness plan) at Garrison Animal Care Clinic you will no longer be billed for the plan as it has been cancelled effective immediately. If you have additional questions about the wellness plan you can email recordsgarrison@wellhaven.com.

We are so grateful for your support of our practice over the years and will greatly miss seeing all of you and your pets. Thank you for trusting us with the care of your pet(s), we wish all of you the best.
